The Parkers

	Terry Parker - Director Terry co founded T L Parker Ltd in 1968, still very involved in the day to day running of the business. The secret to his success is his attention to detail and employing the right people to help provide high levels of customer service and sales. T L Parker Ltd is a family based firm which through their high levels of after sales service has cemented relationships with numerous Canterbury based companies spanning many decades.
	Mary Parker - Director Mary has supported the growth of the business from its' inception whilst managing the home territory. Mary is still involved with the business heading the very busy accounts department.
	Garry Parker - Director Ph 0274 320 606 Garry has been working within the family business for many years after completing his time with AWA and Philips. Garry heads the Special projects and the technical solutions side of the Two Way radio division. Garry's wizardry and can do attitude has seen the creation of many one off solutions others would not even attempt. He oversees the maintenance and development of the Smartnet Trunked Dispatch Repeater Systems at Marleys Hill and the Christchurch International Airport.

Radio Telephone and GPS - Sales

	Roger Dunstan - General Manager  Ph 0274 370 043 Roger has been with T L Parker Ltd for 20+ years starting on the road servicing customers selling the Motorola RT equipment, but as the company has grown his role has changed. He is the General Manager overseeing the RT and the Orb Communications operations within T L Parker Ltd. The movement of T L Parker Ltd into Cellular, PSTN and Corporate adds greater depth to the services that are now available to it's very loyal customer base.
	Craig Pidgeon - Sales Manager  Ph 0274 324 784 Craig has been with T L Parker Ltd for 17 of his 22+ years in the communications industry. He started on the road selling and servicing customers with the Motorola range of RT and cellular equipment within Christchurch and the Canterbury Westcoast region. Craig is still selling and servicing his key customers who are spread throughout NZ, but as the company has grown his role has changed.  Craig moved through to the Sales Managers position in 2001, overseeing the Two Way radio and GPS divisions. His primary role is managing and supporting the RT and GPS sales arm of the business, covering all marketing including web site content and design for TLP.
	Noel Simons  -  Company Representative Ph 0274 857 478 Noel joined TLP January of 2010 and is responsible for the sales and services of the Motorola range of Two Way radio products to new and existing customers within Christchurch and the out of town territory from Canterbury/Westcoast region through to Blenhiem and the Eastcoast.  Although new to the RT Communications industry, his 30+ year sale and service experience will help him slot into our energetic sales team. He is always keen on learning new technologies and is up for any challange. He prides himself on his professionalism and is more than happy to put in the hard yards, ....if you need assistance with your communications you won't have to ask him twice.
	Brandon Ramsell  -  Company Representative Ph 0274 341 777 Brandon joined the team in April 2010, his 14 years sales experience Brandon is a welcome member of the TLP sales team. . Brandon's responsibilities include the sales and servicing of all Motorola RT products to new and existing customers within Christchurch and his out of town territory from Rakaia to Oamaru and inland to the mountains. If you need assistance with your communications Brandon is ready and willing to help.

GPS Fleet Management Solutions

Peter Rosewall  Ph 0274 889 811 Peter joined TLP in October 2008 filling our GPS specialist role. He will be kept very busy looking after our existing customers and developing new opportunities. This valuable position has grown from interest within our existing customer base for fleet management via GPS solutions. Peter is responsible for providing sales and support within the Canty Westcoast region from Blenhiem through to Oamaru.  If you are curious how GPS technology works, or need assistance with your fleet management. Radio Telephone - Service & Installation

	Nick Mills - Service Manager Ph 0274 499 511 Nick is our youngest technician having completed his training last year. He has gained a lot of experience working with the company during his training and is on the road providing the essential interface between our customers and TLP. His installation skills are very high having been trained by John who has given him the ability to fit a radio to just about anything. His dedication to customer service and getting the job done is very rare in one so young, he is a very valuable member of the TLP team.
	Gavin Henson Ph 0274 321 652 Gavin is the service co-ordinator managing the very busy installation bay, stock control, inward and dispatching outward goods. To say he is busy would be an understatement, but it's an environment where Gavin thrives providing an extremely high level of customer service. His can do - will do attitude to getting the job done has earned him the respect of his mates and many of our loyal customers. His ability to magically produce the critical part or product has successfully completed difficult jobs without delays.  If you need it he will find it..!
	John Folmer Ph 0274 319 819 John has been working for the company for many years in the field providing an essential interface between our customers and TLP. His installation skills are second to none with the ability to fit radio to just about anything come rain or shine, his dedication to customer service is heavily relied on on a regular basis.
	Alasdair Palmer Alasdair has rejoined TLP after a brief absense, his primary role is looking after customer service at the very busy service department reception. Alisdair is your first port of call if you walk in with either an RT or Cellular problem. He will coordinate repairs for RT's on site and despatch and retrieve cellular repairs via our own courier service to offsite repair agencies.

John Turner John joined the TLP team in 2006 and works in our very busy inwards and outwards goods store maintaining our ever changing stock levels. John has also kick started the TLP social club providing many a social event for the staff to relax and have some fun, burnt sausages are his speciality . His warm friendly personality is enjoyed by all.

Reception

Sarah Moore Sarah has been with TLP for 11 years starting as our receptionist and moving through mobile sales representative, but with the introduction of a new computer system Sarah has taken over the running of very busy reception. Sarah's has a very open and warm friendly personality who's greetings are appreciated by all customers.

Orb Communications

	Grant Bennett Ph 027 872 234 Grant is a valuable asset within the  TLP team having been in the telecommunication industry for over 15 years. Grant joined us in November  2005 and is responsible for fixed wire solutions, data and outbound small/medium enterprise customers.
	David Brant Ph 0274 373 993 David has been with TLP for the last 5 years specialising in corporate and medium enterprise customers with a strong focus on Mobile and Data solutions He is an outbound rep dedicated and available for on site consultation.
	Angela Butters Ph 0274 509 589 Angela joined the TLP team early November 2008, based in the showroom handling mobile and data solutions sales, she came to us after 7 years with Telecom servicing new customer for all wired, mobile and data requirements. She looks after several large corporate accounts and has the ability for outbound sales as required. Her infectious friendly and outgoing nature is a real asset to the team.
	Lawrence Buckley Ph 0275 412 610 Lawrence joined the TLP team early September 2009. He has 5 years experience in the Telecommunications industry, specialising in mobile and mobile data solution selling. Starting in retail for Telecom then graduated to B2B and corporate account management positions with experience in converged communications technologies and GPS Fleet management systems. His last role was as the Sales Manager for a local electronics company specialising in cellular and wired based auto diallers as well as telemetry based solutions. He's a cancer who enjoys long walks on the beach and pina coladas by the pool.

Technical Service

	David Neil David contracts to TLP in a wide range of areas from basic radio configuration through to specialized projects requiring more in-depth theory and consultation. His formal study covers electronics, communications, computer systems, software development, and more. He has worked long term on hill top radio equipment covering the spectrum “from dc to daylight” in analog and digital radio and been involved for some years with a wide range of customer radio devices. David is also an “Authorised Radio Certifier” which means he can engineer radio channel allocations to suit customer needs.
	Geoff Skinner Geoff has been with T L Parker Ltd for many years primarily on site as a RT runup and repair technician, he also assists Garry with the servicing of our two Motorola Smartnet trunked Despatch systems.

Accounts Department

Tessa Delaney Tessa has been with the company for many years, working within the very busy accounts department along side Mary. Tessa also assists with the cellular sale ORB Communication division, looking after many corporate customers, upgrading phones and changing call plans as required.

Pick Ups and Drop Offs

John Gallagher John and the company's new Nissan Cube delivery vehicle have hit the streets of Christchurch, the cube is sporting our new look graphical advertising, as our rolling billboard it gets the message through and is very hard to miss. Both John and the Cube are a common sight on the streets of Christchurch doing two runs a day providing an essiential pick up and drop off service at a minimal cost to our customers. During it's daily run the Cube provides invaluable GPS data via the Navman range of products so it can be seen by customers looking at the value of Fleet Management for trimming the ever increasing company overheads while increasing visibility and productivity.

S-Cargo - Retired At last count the little Escargo had clocked up over 308,000kms and still going strong....! But it has come time for retirement. We salute the hard work and service that this Iconic little car has provided to many of our loyal customer over the last 10+ years. This well recognised vehicle will be missed on the streets of Christchurch.

Gone But Never Forgotten

John Burke - Deceased John was the service reception coordinator for the TLP Service Department, if you walked in with a problem on your cellular phone or RT John was your first port of call. Johns dedication to going the extra mile in the name of customer service was legendary, Many times when the after hours pager went off night or day, John would be on the RT or Phone coordinating the service technicians or salesmen needed to solve the problem. John recently lost his battle with cancer, As sick as he was he still continued to come to work as often as he could right up to his last two weeks.  Our sadness and sorrow at the loss of John is hard to express, He is a greatly missed part of the TLP team.
